If you have purchased a domain name from another company and would like to host your domain name with innerhosts.com, you will need to transfer the domain name to us. Transferring your domain to us is a free and fairly easy process. You can do this by simply typing your domain name in our sign up page.

To transfer a domain to us, the domain must already be registered and providing this is the case, you will then be given the option to transfer the domain to us free of charge and also select a hosting package if applicable.

It is also important that you change your domain names DNS details to point to us. This can be done by logging into the control panel you purchased the domain name from and changing the domain name servers (DNS) to the following:

NS16.LIGHTNING1.NET
NS17.LIGHTNING1.NET
